Product Care Guide, Ingredients, and Disclaimers

• Our homes are both smoke and pet free.
• All fabric is pre-washed in warm water with Unscented Tru Earth Eco Strips Vegan Laundry detergent with no additional fabric softeners added to the laundry.  Fabric is then dried on medium-high heat with wool dryer balls to eliminate static and no dryer sheets are used.  

Bows/Clips:

Glitter and/or Vegan Faux Leather, Handtied Fabric Bows, & Liverpool Bows: 

Do not submerge.  We recommend spot clean only.  Try dampening a cloth with water and wiping the area first.  If that doesn't work, you may try using a soft toothbrush and gently scrub the dirty or stained area.  Use warm water and a drop of dish soap.  After that, use warm water to get all the soap out.  Pat to dry as best you can, reshape your bow, and lay it on a flat surface to completely dry.  Store your bows flat or hanging, and try not to crush to preserve shape.  Please take care to keep the hardware dry to prevent any rusting of the metal.  Keep out of the sun for and extreme temperatures for long periods of time.  It is normal for glitter to flake minimally. 

Submerging or using harsh cleaning soap/detergent may ruin your bow.  Placing and/or storing the bow in extreme temperatures for long periods of time may also cause issues such as warping, melting, fading, cracking, etc. and we will not be held responsible for this issue.

Handtied Silk Bows:

Do NOT get these bows wet and take special care to not crease and/or crush the fabric (hang the bow or store very carefully when not in use). 

*natural imperfections will occur and is expected in the fabric due to the hand-dyed nature of the fabric

Messy Headwraps:

Spot clean with mild soap and water, or if required, wash in laundry bag on cold cycle.  Reshape & lay flat to dry.

Bar & Snap Clips:

Spot clean with mild soap and water.  Lay flat to dry.

Earrings:

Earring hardware is nickel free.  Clean with mild soap and water.  Lay flat or hang to dry to avoid curling.  Because of the light nature of the earrings, it is recommended to always wear the plastic back to avoid the earring from falling out of your ear.

Scrunchies:

Spot clean with mild soap and water.  Lay flat to dry.  May also be washed in the washing machine (make sure to use a laundry bag so they don't get stuck in your washing machine!) on cold or warm.  Reshape and lay flat to dry. 

Adjustable Bow Ties:

Spot clean only.   Use a damp cloth with a small amount of laundry or dish soap and press gently on the soiled area.  Repeat with damp cloth and no soap.  Lay flat to dry.  Submerging may deform its shape due to the filler within the main part of the bow.  If the neck piece gets wrinkled, you may iron gently, making sure to keep the plastic parts away from the iron.  

The adjustment piece on the bow may be hard to move due to the thick fabric used in the neck piece.  Go slowly and with small movements, straightening and pulling a little at a time.  The piece will move, but it does need to be done carefully and slowly.

Bonnets:

Spot clean with mild soap and water.  Lay flat to dry.  *If required, the bonnet may be washed in the washing machine on cold or warm.  Be sure to use a laundry bag so the ties don't get tangled.  Reshape and lay flat to dry.  A warm iron may be required to get out wrinkles.  ***If the bonnet has linen fabric, it would be advised to spot clean only if possible as the wrinkles will be tough to get out. 

Fun Dough:

Your fun dough should stay fresh for 6+ months if you store it in the provided air tight container and away from heat in a cool, dark place. 

Dough tip - it is natural for salt crystals to form or for the colour to slightly fade over time.  Just add a bit of vegetable oil and squish it back to life!  This will refresh the dough for additional weeks to months of play!

Ingredients:  Wheat Flour, Cream of Tartar, Coconut & Vegetable Oil, Water, Salt, Food Grade Food Colouring, Glitter (in some), Essential oil (if requested)

*Sensory Fun Dough Kits are sold unscented by default unless scent is requested by the customer.  All kits sold in retail stores have unscented dough in the sensory kits by default.

CAUTION:  Not recommended for children under 3, due to small pieces and potential choking hazards. Parental supervision is advised.  Do not ingest.

*Dough colour and toys inside may not be as pictured and could vary due to handmade nature & toy availability.
